Storing crude fatty acids after hydrolysis are sent to feed heater through feed pump. After heated by low-pressure steam, they are sent to degassing tank and get heat exchange with distillation products (fatty acid), get further warming and vacuum degassing.
The crude fatty acid after degassing are sent to raw material heat exchanger through 1# feed pump. And enter into distillation still through feed heater. Heat exchanger utilizes heat exchange of distillate cooled stearic acid and crude fatty acid. Conduction oil is the heat source of 1# feed heater.
Crude fatty acids in the distillation are heated to 218 ℃ above by reboiler, and distilled fatty acid products under 0.098 MPa of high vacuum degree. Conduction oil is the heat source of reboiler.
The fatty acid gas out of distiller get heat exchanger with 60 ℃ above soft water in 1# condenser. Most of the released heat is absorbed by water and generate low pressure steam. The gas hasn’t cooled in 1# condenser will move to 2# condenser and get heat exchanger with 60 ℃ above soft water and achieve heat recovery and fatty acid cooled. Cooled fatty acid moves to product tank through 1#collect tank.
