Rectifying column is a kind of device for gas-liquid contact, it is also called distillation column. There are two main types, plate tower and packed tower. According to the operation mode it can be divided into continuous distillation and batch distillation. The steam enters from bottom. The gas phase from steam gets countercurrent contact with the down liquid. During the contact, volatile component (low boiling point) of down liquid transfer to gas phase continually. The difficult volatilized component (high boiling point) will transfer to gas phase continually. The nearer to top of column, the higher concentration of volatile component of gas phase. The nearer to bottom of column, the higher concentration of difficult volatilized component of down liquid. So it achieves the goal of component separation. Gas phase from the top of the column enters into the condenser, part of the condensed liquid return to the top of the tower as reflux and enter into the column, the rest to be get out as distillate. Part of liquid from the bottom of column will get into the reboiler, heating or evaporating into the gas phase and return to column. The rest part of the liquid will be taken out as kettle residual liquid. Our company can provide single or complete service for distillation such as testing, simulation, design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and etc.
